The Royal Opera House Muscat will hold/block seats for tour operators, agencies, performing companies and certain approved corporations under the following conditions:
• Number of seats held is subject to availability.
• Requests to hold seats must be submitted at least 3 months prior to the event.
• The deadline for payment of seats held will be as follows:
* 10-25 seats: payment accepted no later than 2 months prior to the event
* 26-50 seats: payment accepted no later than 3 months prior to the event
* 100+ seats: payment accepted no later than 4 months prior to the event
• ROHM reserves the right to bring forward the deadline for payment should the need to do so arise. The party that made the request will then have 30 days from receipt of the new deadline to process the payment.
• Requests for extensions must be submitted at least 2 months prior to the event and will be granted at the discretion of ROHM.
• Failure to process payment after the deadline will result in the seats being released for sale to the public and cannot be held again.
