Immerse yourself in a distinguished Fado programme featuring two generations of renowned Portuguese voices, Miguel Ramos and Beatriz Felício, with artistic direction and guitar accompaniment by Pedro Jóia. This collaborative project unites one of the most acclaimed male voices in Fado with a rising artist of the new generation, in performances of both traditional and contemporary repertoire. Fado, the soul-stirring 'song of fate' from Portugal, is often described as a melancholic tapestry of longing, nostalgia, and deep emotion, an art form born in the narrow streets of Lisbon in the early 19th century.
