This classical rendering of Donizetti’s well-known opera with direction by Michele
Mirabella takes place on an elaborate set with a large cast and a vibrant feast of
costumes from heralded designers, Alida Cappellini and Giovanni Licheri. Featuring
an all-star cast of Nina Minasyan as Adina, René Barbera as Nemorino, and Erwin
Schrott as Dulcamara conducted by the acclaimed conductor Jordi Bernàcer,
the production is defined by the very best constituent parts. Enjoy a moralistic but
light touch opera, a love story challenging social divisions, with a happy ending.
