1. Director of Marketing and Communications	Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management or a related field At least 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, including at least 5 years at a senior, director level Experience as a marketing or sales director in an arts or cultural organization is preferred Experience in the strategic planning and implementation of marketing strategies and budgets for a large organization Experience in managing and supervising staff in a large organization Experience in handling income generated from ticket sales, subscriptions and online sales Experience in digital design and advertising is preferable Fluent in Arabic and English, both oral and written
2. Communications Manager	Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Master's degree preferred At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, specifically in creative and digital design and branding, including at least 3 years in a management or supervisory capacity Experience in design, advertising and publications development, and experience in dealing with major local and international marketing companies is preferred Experience in digital design, including the development of websites and other e-communications vehicles Proven ability to track and monitor campaigns, and evaluate their effectiveness Fluent in Arabic and English, both oral and written
3. Head of Creative Design	Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field At least 3 years of experience in a publishing house or comparable and relevant work environment Experience in the marketing of artistic programs Strong writing skills Fluent in Arabic and English, both oral and written
4. Head of Digital Design	Bachelor's degree in Digital Design or a related field At least 3 years of experience in the field of digital design Proficiency in the use of digital design software such as After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator Working knowledge of compression software such as Adobe Media Encoder and Episode and Flash/Action Script Development is preferred Fluent in Arabic and English, both oral and written
5. Head of Branding	Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field At least 3 years of experience in brand management Experience in the marketing of artistic programs Strong writing skills Fluent in Arabic and English, both oral and written
6. Senior Graphic Designer	Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field At least 3 years of experience in graphic design Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and InDesign Proficiency in the design and programming of websites Applicants are to present a portfolio of their design work with the application Experience in designing marketing campaigns and advertisements Fluent in Arabic and English, both oral and written
7. Sales Manager	Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field At least 5 years of experience in a reputable sales position, preferably in an arts or cultural organization, including at least 3 years in a management or supervisory capacity Sound knowledge and experience in the marketing and sales of artistic programs Proven ability to track and monitor sales operations, and evaluate their effectiveness Knowledge of the local and regional market Fluent in English
8. Head of Group Sales	Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Studies, Communications or a related field At least 3 years of sales experience Experience in the promotion of group sales Fluent in Arabic and English, both oral and written
9. Head of Social Media	Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism and Media or a related field At least 3 years of experience in marketing and communications Strong technical knowledge of social media space and how to use demographic statistics for popular and relevant platforms Fluent in Arabic and English, both oral and written
10. Copywriter	Bachelor's degree in Arabic or English, Journalism and Media or Communications At least 3 years of experience in preparing advertorial content and marketing material Experience in writing press releases and promotional material Fluent in Arabic and English, both oral and written
11. Head of Travel & Accommodation	Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field At least 3 years of experience in events management or travel management, with exposure to arts, events or theatre desirable Sound knowledge of visa processes and experience in hotel and ticket reservations and the management of transportation for large groups Must be fluent in Arabic and have advanced proficiency in English
12. Head of Engineering Services	Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Technical Maintenance or a related field At least 3 years of experience in the management of engineering services in a large complex organization within the Middle East Working experience in Oman is desirable Fluent in English
13. Head of Support Services	Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Hotel Management or a related field At least 3 years of experience in hospitality, housekeeping, cleaning and catering services Working experience in Oman is desirable Fluent in English
14. HSE Officer	Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field At least 3 years of work experience in health, occupational safety and environmental health and quality management IOSH Managing Safely professional qualification is preferred A reasonable level of computer literacy in the more common applications Must be fluent in Arabic and have advanced proficiency in English
15. Mall Operations Manager	Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field At least 5 years of experience in retail management or the management of shopping malls, including at least 3 years in a management or supervisory capacity Experience in preparing budgets, financial reports, marketing, distribution and customer service in a retail outlet Sound knowledge and experience in handling client accounts and corporate relationships as well as detailed knowledge of relevant local laws Fluent in English
16. Contracts and Procurement Manager	Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Law At least 5 years of experience in the drafting and reviewing of contracts and procurement management, including at least 3 years in a management or supervisory capacity Sound knowledge of tender processes in Oman Fluent in Arabic and in English, both oral and written
17. Head of Procurement	Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field At least 3 years of experience in managing procurement functions on behalf of an organization Sound knowledge of tender laws and procedures Fluent in Arabic and English, both oral and written
18. Senior Accountant	Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Professional certification in Accounting or Finance is desirable At least 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance Experience with advanced financial software Must be fluent in Arabic and have advanced proficiency in English
19. Accountant	Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance IT skills, experience in using Microsoft Package and/or other relevant software Experience with advanced financial software Must be fluent in Arabic and have advanced proficiency in English
20. Head of IT Support Services	Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking or a related field At least 3 years of experience in information technology Professional qualification in IT is desirable Fluent in English
21. Head of Applications	Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field At least 3 years of experience in software and system development Professional qualification in IT is desirable Fluent in English
22. Head of IT Infrastructure	Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking or a related field At least 3 years of experience in information technology Professional qualification in IT is desirable Fluent in English
23. Head of Archive	Bachelor's degree in Archive Management or a related field At least 3 years of experience in archive management Experience in storing and organizing documents through a concise and clear digital format and records management Experience in developing archives systems Must be fluent in Arabic and have advanced proficiency in English
24. Customs & Clearance Supervisor	Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field At least 3 years of experience in the field of customs and clearance Sound knowledge of Omani customs, shipping and clearance procedures Must be fluent in Arabic and have advanced proficiency in English
25. Translator	Bachelor's degree in Translation At least 3 years of experience in the translation of different documents Excellent skills in Arabic and English, both oral and written. Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage
26. Executive Assistant	Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field At least 3 years of experience in a secretarial position Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite, in addition to well-developed typing ability both in Arabic and English Experience in scheduling meetings and events, receiving guests and preparing correspondence in both Arabic and English Fluent in Arabic and English, both oral and written
27. Administrative Assistant	Diploma in Management At least 3 years of experience in a secretarial position Computer proficiency, with specific ability to utilize the Microsoft Suite Excellent typing skills in Arabic and English Ability to prepare correspondence in both Arabic and English Fluent in Arabic and English, oral and written

General Conditions:

Applicants must be of good conduct and behavior.
Applicants must not have been sentenced to a jail term for a felony or a crime of moral turpitude and dishonesty unless exonerated in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Criminal Procedures Law.
Applicants must be medically fit for work.
Academic qualifications acquired from outside the Sultanate of Oman must be accompanied with a certificate from the Directorate of Qualifications Equivalence of the Ministry of Higher Education.
Academic qualifications acquired in the Sultanate of Oman must be attested by the Directorate General of Private Universities and Colleges of the Ministry of Higher Education.
Work experience required for the position must be attested by the concerned authority in the Ministry of Manpower.
The applicant's age shall not exceed 40 years (45 years for the position of Director of Marketing and Communications).
Ability to use basic IT programs and applications.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
Preference will be given to job seekers and Arabic speakers.
